Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how SpinBridge Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong (Company / Business Registration No. 80754332, registered office: Unit 909, Prosperity Millennia Plaza, 663 King’s Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong), operator of SpinGODS (“we”, “us”), handles personal data collected through this website. We aim to comply with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) (“PDPO”).

The short version: the only personal data we collect is what you type into our early-access form. We do not set tracking cookies, we do not run third-party analytics, and we do not sell or share personal data for marketing.

1. What we collect

• Early-access form. Name and email address (required); role, project/community name and a short note about what you would run on SpinGODS (optional). We collect this only when you submit the form.
• Invite context. If you open an invite link, the invite code is recorded together with your submission so we know who invited you.
• Technical logs. Our hosting infrastructure keeps short-lived server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security, abuse prevention and debugging. We do not use them to profile visitors.

2. Cookies and local storage

This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies and does not load third-party analytics scripts. If you open an invite link, the invite code may be kept in your browser’s local storage on your device so it isn’t lost while you browse; it is not used to track you and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

3. How we use your data

• Contacting you about early access, onboarding, and launch pricing — which is what you submitted the form for.
• Operating, securing and debugging the website.
• Complying with legal obligations, where applicable.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use it for third-party advertising. We will not add you to unrelated mailing lists.

4. Where your data is stored

Form submissions are stored in our database hosted by Supabase; the website is hosted on Vercel. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and data-processing terms. Data may be processed on servers outside your country of residence.

5. Retention

We keep early-access submissions for as long as the early-access program runs, or until you ask us to delete yours. Server logs are kept only briefly by our hosting providers.

6. Your rights

Under the PDPO you may request access to and correction of your personal data. If you are in a jurisdiction that grants you additional rights (for example erasure or objection under the EU/UK GDPR), we will honour reasonable requests of that kind too. Write to hello@spingods.io and we will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Children

The website and the early-access program are not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

8. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above. Material changes to how we use form data will be communicated to the email you submitted.
