Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SpinGODS platform and related digital products and services (the “Service”), operated by SpinBridge Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong (Company / Business Registration No. 80754332), with registered office at Unit 909, Prosperity Millennia Plaza, 663 King’s Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong (“SpinBridge”, “we”, “us”).

1. The Service

SpinGODS is a software platform where communities and teams run projects as quests: with intent contracts, evidence-backed work, review, sealed records, and durable contribution traces. The Service includes workspaces, planning and coordination tools, AI-assisted features, and digital products such as access packages, participation packages, AI usage credits and resource packs.

2. What the Service is not

SpinGODS is a software product. We do not provide financial, investment, payment, remittance or custody services. Purchases on the Service are purchases of software access and digital products only. Contribution records on the platform (including RSD traces) are records of activity and recognition — they are not currency, securities, ownership rights, or financial instruments, and they cannot be bought, sold, or transferred.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase digital products.

4. Payments

Paid features and digital products are payable in advance by card or bank transfer. Prices are shown before purchase. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

5. Your content

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us the licence needed to operate the Service (hosting, displaying and processing your content for you and the people you collaborate with). You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload.

6. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing or harmful content or activity.
• No attempts to disrupt, probe or overload the Service.
• No misrepresentation of contribution or evidence records.

7. AI-assisted features

AI features produce suggestions and drafts. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it. AI usage credits are prepaid software usage and have no cash value.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination do so.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” during early access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
