Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions & platform access
If something isn’t working as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll fix it or refund the unused portion of your current billing period.
2. AI usage credits
Unused AI usage credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Credits already consumed are not refundable.
3. Participation packages, resource packs & access passes
Because these unlock digital access immediately, they are refundable within 14 days only if the access or content has not yet been used or delivered.
4. Setup & support services
Custom onboarding and support work is refundable for the portion not yet performed.
5. How to request a refund
Email olegalman@gmail.com from the address on your account, with your order details. We aim to respond within 5 business days; approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
6. Exceptions
We may decline refunds in cases of abuse or breach of our Terms of Service. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable law.
